Data Storage

• All of your journal entries, mood ratings, and preferences are stored only on your device.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any server.

In-App Purchases

• Noic offers optional Pro features through in-app purchases via the App Store.
• Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
• We do not collect or store your payment information — all payments are handled securely by Apple.
• To manage subscriptions and determine your Pro access, Noic uses RevenueCat, a third-party service that securely processes purchase receipts from Apple. RevenueCat does not receive your payment details, but it may store information such as your purchase history, subscription status, and anonymized app user identifier in order to unlock Pro features.
• You can manage your subscriptions and purchases at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

No Accounts or Tracking

• The App does not require you to create an account or log in.
• We do not track you across apps or websites.
• We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs that collect personal data.
• Having Pro features does not change our privacy approach - your data remains private and local.

Your Control

• You may delete your data at any time within the App's settings by choosing "Reset App & Restart Onboarding"
• If you delete the App, all data stored on your device is also deleted.

Changes to This Policy

If we add new features that change how data is handled (for example, cloud sync or accounts), we will update this policy and clearly communicate those changes in the App and App Store listing.
